Memory Legacy Book provides a digital storybook platform for preserving personal and family memories, including text, audio, video, and photo content.

2. Account Registration

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must be 13 years or older to use this service.

3. Payments and Refunds

Access requires a one-time payment of $40 per book, with a 7-day free trial. Additional books cost $20 each. All payments are processed securely via Stripe. Payments are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you create on Memory Legacy Book, including stories, recordings, photos, and memories. By using the service, you grant us a limited license to store and display your content for the purpose of providing the service.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Memory Legacy Book to store or share illegal content, infringe on others' intellectual property rights, or violate any applicable laws or regulations.

6. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Memory Legacy Book is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, MILO AI ASSISTANT, Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
